Terms of Use for Dating

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Dating mobile application ("App") or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Kimsola LLC ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users, including casual users, registered users, and those who access the App via third-party platforms or services.

2. App Purpose and Disclaimer

Dating is a social networking application designed to help users connect with others for dating and relationships. While we strive to create a safe and positive environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users or the success of any connections made through the App.

The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age or for any illegal purposes. Users are responsible for verifying the identity and intentions of other users.

3. User Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Legally capable of entering a binding agreement
• Not barred from using the App under any applicable laws
• Not previously banned from the App

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated methods to access the App
• Reverse-engineer or modify the App

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access and potential legal action.

5. User Content

You may submit content to the App (e.g., profile information, photos, messages). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content solely to operate and improve the App.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it:

• Is accurate and not misleading
• Does not violate any laws or rights
• Is appropriate for a dating platform
• Does not contain harmful or offensive material

6. Premium Features and Payments

Some features of Dating may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are final and governed by the payment platform's terms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).

We do not offer refunds except where required by law. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including but not limited to software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and algorithms—is the property of Kimsola LLC or its licensors, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use our branding, assets, or materials without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination:

• Your license will be revoked
• Your right to access the App ends
• Your profile and content may be removed
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• That the app will function uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy of user profiles or information
• The success of any matches or connections
• The behavior or intentions of other users

Use of the App is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kimsola LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any user content or conduct
• Any interactions with other users

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
